摘要
对于空压机气阀阀盖锥形圆弧槽的加工,如采用传统加工工艺,则选用的刀具直径小,加工效率低,生产成本高,表面质量差。改进加工工艺和方法,采用专用的锥形立铣刀加工,加工效率提高30%,刀具成本降低70%,表面质量也有了较大提高,为同类零件的加工工艺的制定提供一定的参考。
In view of the tapered circular groove processing of air compressor air valve cover, if the traditional processing technology is used, the selected cutter diameter is small, processing efficiency is low, production cost is high, and the surface quality is poor. By improving the processing technology and method, and using special tapered endmill processing, machining efficiency was increased by 30%, and the tooling cost was reduced by 70%. The surface quality was improved greatly. It provides reference for the setting of processing technology of similar parts.
