摘要 数控加工精度在机检测技术实现了零件一次装夹即可完成从加工到检测的完整过程,大大提高了工作效率。然而,当在机检测到不合格的零件如何进一步返修加工成为在机检测技术面临的新的技术难题。面向规则特征零件,开发了带自动修复加工功能的在机检测系统。给出了带自动修复加工功能的在机检测软件框架,以圆孔特征的在机检测与返修加工为例,提出了基于反向补偿法圆孔加工误差自动返修加工方法。最后以圆柱孔的数控加工、在机检测和修复加工过程为实例进行了现场实验验证,效果较好。 The work efficiency of modern NC machining is improved greatly by the help of on?machine measurement technology, where the whole process from part machining to measurement can be accomplished only at once positioning and clamping. However, a new technical challenge was encountered when a substandard part was detected and need to be machined again on on?machine measure?ment. On?machine measurement software with auto?repair?machining function was developed for parts with regular features. The frame?work of on?machine measurement software with auto?repair?machining function was presented, and an auto repair method for hole?ma?chining errors is proposed based on reverse compensation method. The developed on?machine measurement software was implemented in Visual C++ and a cylindrical bore was presented for verification.
