作者提出,今后对新物种命名时,命名人必须对本属所有物种进行甄别后,确定为新种才能命名,对于测序定种也是如此。
The paper presents that the namer shall name a new species only when all species under the same category is screened and it is identified as a new one, so do the sequencing and breeding.
