摘要
大庆油田天然气公司担负着为大庆市区及周边工业和民商用户的天然气供气任务。大庆油田冬季气候寒冷,近年来在冬季气温低的情况下,由于天然气水露点高,气中含水高,频繁发生天然气输送管道冻堵问题,给下游用户造成了严重影响。解决商品天然气的含水高问题,对于保证冬季天然气管网安全运行和下游用户用气安全具有十分重要的意义。经过取样化验,造成商品天然气水露点温度升高的主要原因是油田气深冷装置的再生气含水高。在调研分析的基础上,提出了对分子筛再生气增设三甘醇脱水装置,以保证再生气回掺到外输干气后的混合气水露点满足冬季输送要求。该装置投运后脱水效果良好,经济效益和生产效率明显提高,具有示范推广意义。
Natural Gas Branch Company of Daqing Oil Field is responsible for natural gas supply to industrial customers and commercial customers in Daqing and surrounding area. Daqing oilfield is quite cold in winter. Under the situation of extremely cold temperature in recent years, because of the high water dew point of natural gas, ice blocking problem seriously affect downstream users. Solving the problem of high water-cut of natural gas has significance to ensure the safety operation of pipeline network and the security of downstream users in winter. After sampling inspection, the main cause of the increase of dew point temperature of commercial natural gas is that there is a high water content in regeneration gas for molecular sieve in oilfield gas cryogenic devices. On the basis of investigation and analysis, TEG dehydration unit beside regeneration gas molecular sieve devices is proposed to add to ensure the mixture dry gas dew-point to fulfill the transmission requirements in winter. The running result shows that the system has achieved a terrific effect of natural gas dehydrating, increases the economic efficiency and productivity efficiency, which has the significance of demonstration and extension.
