新形势下高校招生生源质量现状分析及应对措施

招生录取工作是高等学校整个人才培养体系的基础性工作,录取新生的生源质量逐渐成为高校和社会关注的焦点。新形式下,不断提升办学实力,增强办学特色,调整优化学科专业结构,加强内涵建设显得尤为重要。首先阐述了平行志愿的特点和优势,然后对高校在不同专业、不同招生地区生源质量分布和差异情况进行分析和评价,统计挖掘生源质量分布规律和趋势,最后提出未来应结合学校学科专业布局,做好分省分专业招生计划投放工作;扎实开展招生宣传工作,提高学校影响力和知名度;加强优秀生源基地建设工作,培育优秀生源输送地建设。

Enrollment is the starting point for talent development.Quality of students is the basis of the quality of talent development and gradually becomes the focus which the university and society pay attention to.In the new situation,improving the school strength constantly,enhancing the features of teaching,adjusting and optimizing the discipline structure,and strengthening the connotation construction are becoming particularly important for all the universities.We firstly show the characteristics and advantages of parallel Enrollment.Then we analyze the student quality distribution and discrepancy in different professions and in different enrollment provinces.We give the statistical data and find the trend and the distribution of the quality of students.Finally,we put forward some effective ways about how to improve the quality of students.
