综合干预对老年慢性荨麻疹患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

Effect of synthesis intervention on the treatment of elderly patients with chronic urticaria and its influenceon their quality of life

目的观察综合干预对老年慢性荨麻疹患者临床疗效和生活质量的影响。方法按接诊时间将61例老年慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,其中干预组31例,对照组30例。干预组予以药物干预结合心理行为干预、饮食指导和起居干预的综合干预措施,对照组仅予以药物干预,观察3个月后比较两组根据症状总积分和症状积分下降指数(SSRI)评价的总体疗效和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)。结果干预组患者痊愈率为3.23%,显效率为25.80%,有效率为61.29%,无效率为9.67%,总有效率为90.32%;对照组患者痊愈率为0.00%,显效率为16.60%,有效率为50.00%,无效率为33.40%,总有效率为66.60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者3个月后与初诊时相比较,生活质量指数均有所降低(P<0.05),干预组患者生活质量指数较对照组下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论药物干预结合心理行为干预、饮食指导和起居干预的综合干预措施确实可以改善老年慢性荨麻疹患者全身瘙痒症状,提高治疗有效率,明显改善老年人的生活质量。

Objective Effect of synthesis intervention on the treatment of elderly patients with chronic urticaria and its influence on their quality of life. Methods 61 cases of elderly chronic urticaria patients were divided into two groups randomly：the intervention group（31 cases） and the control group（30 cases）.The intervention group was treated with synthesis intervention including drug intervention psychological intervention,dietary guidance and living intervention;the control group was treated only with drug intervention.Compare overall curative effect and DLQI evaluated by SSRI of the two groups after 3 months. Results For the intervention group,the cure rate was 3.23%,the significant effective rate was 25.8%,the effective rate was 61.29%,the overall effective rate was 90.32 %,and the non-effective rate was 9.67%.For the control group, the cure rate was 0.00%,the significant effective rate was 16.60%,the effective rate was 50.00%,the overall effective rate was 66.60%,and the non-effective rate was33.40%. DLQI were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.DLQI（P〈0.05） decreased in both groups and decreases in the intervention group were more significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusions Synthesis intervention,a combination of drug intervention,psychological intervention,dietary guidance and living intervention,can improve the overall effectiveness of the treatment for elderly chronic urticaria patients as well as their systemic itching symptoms,improve the living quality of elder chronic urticaria patients.
