中心血流动力学改变在冠心病发生发展中作用的探讨

摘要 血液经主动脉向外周传输的过程中会受到外周阻力、动脉弹性、传播速度等因素的影响。因而中心动脉压与外周血压并不完全一致。研究发现,中心动脉压较外周血压可以更好地反映心血管疾病发病机制的病理生理过程[1]。欧洲心脏病学指南指出:中心血流动力学不同于外周血压,其作为直接反映心脏和脑血管压力的参数,可能成为心血管终点事件的预测指标[2]。
