摘要
自主性是生态取向教师学习观的本质特征,自主专业发展应成为高职青年教师的自觉要求。自觉地加强师德修养、做好专业生涯规划、缓解职业倦怠构成高职青年教师自主专业发展的重要路径。
The independency is the essential characteristic of the view of the ecology-oriented teachers' learning, and it should be the conscious requirement of the young teachers in higher vocational colleges. Consciously strengthening the moral cultivation, making a good professional career plan and easing the job burnout are the important paths of independent professional development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
