摘要 扭杆悬挂和油气悬挂的结合可以实现良好的整车悬挂性能,并可通过闭锁油气悬挂来实现悬挂在弹性和刚性支撑之间转换,满足一些特种车辆的应用需求。分别对扭杆悬挂和油气悬挂的特性进行分析计算,利用油气悬挂的可调特性,进行混合悬挂性能匹配,得到理想的性能曲线。动力学仿真表明,经过性能匹配,混合悬挂可以实现良好的整车行驶平顺性。 The combination of torsion-bar suspension and oil-gas suspension can achieve good vehicle suspension performance, and can be done by blocking oil and gas suspension hanging in conversion between flexible and rigid supporting, meet the application requirements of some special vehicle. We can get the ideal performance curve through the analysis of the characteristics of the torsion-bar suspension and oil-gas suspension, using adjustable characteristics of oil-gas suspension and mixed suspension performance matching. The dynamic simulation shows that mixed suspension can achieve good vehicle riding comfort after the performance matching.
