摘要 针对传统检测分析仪器携带不便、测试效率低和受空间限制等问题,讨论并实现了基于手机移动终端的虚拟仪器开发原理和方法。分析了Android NDK技术,研究了Android平台编程技术和无线蓝牙传输技术,探讨了Android系统中的跨平台虚拟仪器开发原理,构建了该平台下虚拟仪器系统构架,开发了基于手机移动平台的虚拟式轴承诊断仪。对开发的仪器进行了现场试验,并与LabVIEW进行了对比。结果表明,该仪器使用便捷,分析结果准确,具有较好的实际应用效果。 The methods and principles of the development of a virtual instrument based on mobile phone termination are discussed and implemented in light of the inconvenience of traditional detection and analysis instruments.First,Android native development kit(NDK)technology is proposed,and the Android platform programming technology and Bluetooth wireless transmission technology are researched.Then,the development of the cross platform virtual instrument on the Android system is studied,the virtual instrument system architecture is built,and the bearing diagnosis instrument is developed under the mobile platform.Finally,the field tests are constructed and compared with the simulation using LabVIEW.The results show that the instrument is both convenient and accurate.
