贵州辣椒种质资源的多样性

Genetic Diversity of Pepper Germplasm Resources in Guizhou

为进一步发掘和利用贵州丰富的地方辣椒品种资源,采用形态学和SSR标记聚类分析方法对97个辣种质资源进行聚类分析。结果表明:97份材料形态学聚类分析在70.0阈值处分成5类,第Ⅰ类群包含90份材料,主要为朝天椒、牛角椒、线椒等一年生辣椒类型;第Ⅱ类群包含3份材料,为灌木椒类型;第Ⅲ类群只有1份材料,为灌木椒类型;第Ⅳ类群包含2份材料,为灯笼椒类型;第Ⅴ类群只有1份材料,为花瓣重叠,果实和叶片畸形材料。SSR标记聚类分析在0.65阈值处分为3个组群,第1组群包括73份材料,全部为贵州地方材料;第2组群包括23份材料,主要为引进或引进后驯化材料;第3组群仅有1份材料。

The genetic diversity of local pepper germplasm resources were analyzed by morphology and SSR marker clustering analysis to further explore and utilize abundant local pepper germplasm resources in Guizhou. Results： 97 local pepper materials are divided into 5 classes by morphological clustering analysis at 70. 0 threshold value. Class I containing 90 pepper materials is annual pepper type including pod pepper, niujiao pepper, xian pepper and so on. Class Ⅰ containing 3 pepper materials and class Ⅱ containing 1 pepper material both are belong to shrub pepper type. Class Ⅳ containing 2 pepper materials is the pimento type and class V containing 1 pepper material is the type with overlapping petals and deformity fruit and leaf. 97 local pepper materials are divided into 3 groups by SSR marker clustering analysis at 0. 65 threshold value. 73 materials in group 1 all are local pepper materials. 23 materials in group 2 are introduced materials or domestication materials after introduction mainly. Group 3 has one material only.
