高香优质红茶杂交新品种云茶红1号的选育

Breeding of Yunchahong 1,a New Hybrid Black Tea Variety with High Aroma and High Quality

云茶红1号是云南省农业科学院茶叶研究所从福鼎大白茶（♀）×云抗10号（♂）杂交组合F1中单株选育的无性系新品种。2005—2011年（13~19足龄）连续7年产量测定表明,云茶红1号产量比对照云抗10号高52.0%,比福鼎大白茶高69.8%;生化成分分析表明,云茶红1号内含物质丰富且比例协调,夏季茶多酚含量达35.6%,茶黄素为1.208%,具有适制优良红茶的物质基础;农业部茶叶质量监督检验测试中心品质评审结果表明,云茶红1号红碎茶品质总分为92.23分,高于对照云抗10号（91.90分）。2012年10月经专家鉴评,云茶红1号为高香、优质、丰产红茶杂交新品种;2014年11月通过云南省农作物品种登记,登记编号为滇登记茶树2014006号。适宜在云南省大叶茶种茶区推广种植。

Yunchahong 1, a new clone variety, was bred from F1 individual plant of Fudingdabaicha （♀） X Yunkong 10 （♂） combination by Tea Research Institute, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The average yield of Yunchahong 1 during 2005- 2011 is 52. 0% and 69. 8% higher than Yunkong 10 and Fudingdabaicha respectively. The tea polyphenol and theaflavin content of Yunchahong 1 in summer is 35.6% and 1. 208% separately, which indicates Yunchahong 1 with abundant substances and appropriate proportion is of the material basis for producing black tea with good quality. Total quality score of broken black tea of Yunchahong 1 is up to 92.23, higher than Yunkang 10 （91.90）. Yunchahong 1 was identified as a new hybrid tea variety with high aroma, high quality and high yield by tea experts in October, 2012. Yunchahong 1 with the serial number of Yunnan registration tea 2014006 is approved by Yunnan Crops Approval Committee in November, 2014. It should be cultivated in tea areas of Yunnan.
