盐胁迫2个黄瓜品种过氧化物酶及同工酶的活性 被引量:2

摘要 为了探明不同抗盐性的黄瓜品种在盐胁迫后过氧化物酶(POD)活性及同工酶的变化规律,选中农12号和津优1号黄瓜为材料,研究不同浓度盐胁迫对2个黄瓜品种的POD活性及同工酶的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫对2个黄瓜品种的POD活性均有显著升高作用,且耐盐品种中农12号POD活性升高幅度较大。由聚丙烯酰胺电泳结果可知,盐胁迫后,2个品种间POD同工酶酶带数目相同,均比对照增加2条酶带,酶带位点(Rf值)有一定差异,但是增加酶带位点的位置相似;2个品种比较,盐胁迫可使耐盐品种中农12号POD同工酶酶带颜色达深或极深,而盐敏感品种津优1号酶带颜色达中等或深。在一定盐浓度范围内,POD活性及同工酶酶带颜色与黄瓜抗盐性具有相关性。 In order to understand the changes of peroxidase(POD) activity and isoenzyme of different salt-resistant cucumber varieties under salt stress, the authors selected Zhongnong 12 and Jinyou 1 as experimental materials, and studied the effects of different salt concentrations on POD activity and isoenzyme of the two cucumber varieties. Results: POD activity of the two varieties significantly raised under salt stress. And salt-tolerant Zhongnong 12 had larger rising range than the other. The results of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) showed that the two varieties had the same number of isoenzyme enzyme bands and they added two isoenzyme enzyme bands compared with the control. The Rf values of the two varieties had some difference. However, the sites of adding isoenzyme were similar. Comparing the two varieties, POD isoenzyme color of Zhongnong 12 was darker than the other under salt stress. The POD activity and the color of POD isoenzyme were related to salt tolerance of cucumber in a certain range of salt concenfration.
