摘要
结合某公立医院实际情况,应用功效系数法对医院综合绩效进行评价,旨在全面准确反映医院运营业绩,为医院管理者提供决策支持与参考,促进医疗服务整体绩效水平的提高。
This paper applied efficiency coefficient method to evaluate comprehensive performance based on the actual situation of a public hospital, which aimed to reflect hospital operations performance comprehensively and accurately, to provide decision support to hospital administrators, and to improve the overall performance of medical services.
