摘要
结合"安全监测与监控"课程教学改革的需要,针对脉冲涡流红外热像无损检测技术,设计并实现了一套用于结构无损检测的实验系统和相应实验方法。实验方案充分考虑检测对象、缺陷类型、热激励方式等多个因素的影响,并为学生在实验过程中自主培养最优检测参数合理设置能力提供良好的实践条件。教学实践表明,本实验在帮助学生理解结构缺陷的脉冲涡流红外热像检测原理和掌握相关关键检测技术等方面提供良好的实验条件。与此同时,本实验系统的设计与实现过程对于如何在检测类课程教学内容中融合最新研究成果具有良好的参考价值,从而能够为此类课程的实践教学改革提出新的思路。
According to the requirement of the course of safety testing and monitoring,structural nondestructive experiment is designed and implemented based on infrared thermography under pulsed eddy current heating. Firstly,testing objects,types of defects,heating methods and other factors are considered during the design of experiment. In addition,the chance is provided for students to investigate the appropriate testing parameters during the experiment. The results of teaching practice show that the presented experiment can provide advanced and appropriate way for students to learn the principle and key technology of eddy current infrared thermography soundly. At the same time,the experiences of the experiments design and implementation are quite valuable for the reform of course to combine the latest technology in the related field.
