摘要 时域电磁系统在测量过程中存在测量准确度的问题,导致时域电磁接收机接收数据的反演结果存在误差,影响测量结果。因此设计时域电磁信号源对接收机进行标定。目前市场上现有的信号源无法输出标定接收机所需要的指数衰减信号而且也无法与时域电磁接收机同步,满足不了标定要求。因此研制便携式时域电磁标准信号源具有重要意义。文章通过分析时域电磁信号特点,结合理论研究,采用直接数字合成原理设计了一种基于高精度、高分辨率20 b数模转换单元AD5791的时域电磁标准信号源,经过测试表明:输出电压范围0.000 2~5 V,输出信号分辨率0.1 m V。对于标定时域电磁接收机有一定的应用意义。 Time-domain electromagnetic system measurement has an accuracy problem in the process of measurement with the time-domain electromagnetic system. The result leads to error of the data received,and the error may affect the measurement accuracy. So we design the time domain electromagnetic signal to correct receiver. The existing signal source on the market at present cannot output index signal and synchronize with receiver. It cannot meet the test requirements,thus developing a portable time-domain electromagnetic standard signal source is of great significance.With the analysis of time domain electromagnetic signal characteristics,and combined with the theoretical research,we design a portable time-domain electromagnetic standard signal source based on AD5791. It is 20 analog-to-digital conversion unit with high precision,high resolution. Tests show that the outputting range of signal source is 0. 2 m V to5 V,and resolution of signal is 0. 1 m V. It has certain practical significance for calibration time domain electromagnetic receiver.
