摘要 为解决PLC教学实验装置不能或者不便接入实际的设备,使学生无法清晰理解整个工业控制流程及相应设备运作的问题,选择工业控制领域较为典型的配料控制系统作为教学载体,设计了一种新的虚拟交互PLC配料系统。在该系统中,结合Quest 3D三维引擎以及3DMAX等建模、渲染软件,制作配料控制系统虚拟的执行器和虚拟传感器,设计通信接口模块,实现了PC机3D场景中设备与PLC的通信。实际运行结果表明,学员在PC端能够直观的感受到自己编写的程序对现场实际设备的控制与运行,具有较强的沉浸感,达到了良好的学习效果。 There is a problem that the PLC teaching experiment device cannot access the actual equipment,or is inconvenient to access,hence,the students cannot clearly understand the whole process of industrial control and the corresponding problems of the operation of the equipment. To slove the problem,a new virtual interaction PLC ingredient training system was designed by choosing the typical industrial control field of ingredient control system as teaching carrier. In the system,combining the Quest 3D engine modeling and 3Dmax software,ingredients of actuators and virtual sensor were built,the communication port processing module was designed to realize communication between the equipment in the 3D scenes in PC and PLC. According to the result of experiments,the students in the PC achieve intuitive feeling of the written procedures to control the actual equipment,and this system can achieve good learning results with strong immersion.
