摘要 针对军队对研究生教育的需求,分析了单个导师负责制在军队研究生培养中的局限性:单个导师易造成研究生学术视野受限,压制学术创新;许多导师的研究和学术活动与基层部队需求明显脱节,为研究生解决部队实际问题带来较大难度;军队院校对导师队伍普遍缺少量化考核、激励机制。提出了建立导师团队的需求,以克服单个导师负责制的缺点;指出了导师团队组成特点、意义和优势,有利于提高导师自身的学术水平、有利于培养全面发展的研究生、有利于培养团队精神,有利于资源共享和成果创新,有利于学科的发展建设等;最后指出了建立导师团队需要注意的问题以及解决导师团队出现意见分歧的解决方案。 Aiming at the demand of the postgraduate education, the limitation of the single tutor in the military postgraduate education is analyzed. It includes that the postgraduate academic view is limited, and the academic innovation may be suppressed ; the research and academic activities of the single tutor may disconnect the demand of the grass-roots units. These phenomena may cause the difficulty for solving the practical problems. Quantitative evaluation and incentive mechanism are insufficient. The demand of the tutor team is analyzed, then compared with a single supervisor responsibility system. The paper points oout tutor team is conducive to improving the tutorg academic level, is conducive to training the all-round development students, is conducive to the cultivation of the team spirit, is conducive to share of resources and the achievement of innovation, and is conducive to the developing of discipline construction and so on. Finally the issues and solutions for establishment of tutor team are given.
