摘要
产业技术创新联盟中知识转移是一个非常复杂的系统,到目前为止,很多研究工作者主要从时间和空间的角度对联盟成员间的知识转移行为有了很多的认识,但是一定有更多的关于联盟成员间知识转移行为的规律和机制仍然不为我们所知。现从一个全新的角度构建一种联盟知识转移主体选择配对的模型,用来解释联盟内企业相互选择进行知识转移行为的企业间配对问题。首先提出模型的规则,针对模型的规则,进行严格的数学推导,得出模型的精确解析公式;其次对解析式进行分析,对几种不同的情况下的解析式做简化近似处理,并和模型仿真的数据进行对比验证;最后通过对仿真数据的比较分析,在一定程度上验证所建模型的科学性和实用价值。
Knowledge transfer in Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance is a very complex system. Many researchers mainly from the perspective of time and space have conducted knowledge transfer between members of the alliance,and have obtained a lot of knowledge. But there must be more rules and mechanisms about the knowledge transfer behavior among union members are still unknown. In this paper,a new perspective is taken to build a coalition of knowledge transfer choice pairing model,and is used to explain the choice of partners among the members of alliance mutually,and conduct this matching issues. Firstly,we propose rules for model,rigorous mathematical derivation,accurate analytical formulas then are derived model; Secondly,the several analytical formulas are simplified,and are validated by simulation; Finally,a comparative analysis of simulation data is carried out to verify the scientific and practical value of the model.
