摘要 从新技术运用出发,分别对RFID系统和EPC物联网的结构及工作原理进行分析,目前有一部分企业开始尝试应用RFID技术,但还仅局限在点或线的范围内,无法全面发挥RFID的优势。以某企业案例作为实例,将RFID技术应用于在供应链系统中,建立了供应链系统架构模型。以一批产品从生产线到分销商的物流周期对比测算了RFID系统和原流程系统的主要环节耗时、货物处理完成率、标签识别率等方面的数据,结果 RFID系统表现出较大的优势。因此将RFID在全企业范围内的所有流程中推广才能真正优化整合内部信息,提高企业的竞争力。 In order to extend the use of new technology,structure and working principle of the RFID system and EPC were analyzed respectively. There were some companies who began to try to apply RFID technology,but these attempts only limited within the range of points or lines. Hence,the new technology could not fully develop advantage. Taking an enterprise as example,the application of RFID technology in the supply chain system is considered,an architecture model of the supply chain system is established. Products from the production line is contracted to distributors logistics cycle,and is used to estimate the main aspects of RFID systems and the original time-consuming process systems,cargo handling completion rate,tag identification rate and other aspects of the data. The results showed the RFID system advantages. The fact verifies that RFID used in all processes of enterprise can truly optimize the integration of inside information,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
