摘要
结合电工技术实验教学实践,以5个具体实验为例,详细分析了实验的常见故障及其诊断方法,进而从实验操作与实验设备的状态检测两个方面提出了相应的排除措施。实践表明,这些措施可以有效解决实验出现的故障,减少设备的损坏,提高了课堂效率与教学质量。文章所归纳的故障诊断与检修办法对于相关院所的电工技术实验教学具有一定的参考价值。最后就如何针对课前、课中、课后三个阶段实施有效地管理做了简要探讨,以期有助于实现电工实验教学和管理的系统化与规范化。
The electrical engineering experiment is one of the fundamentally experimental courses in the college practice education. Based on the long-time teaching experiences,by comprehensive study of five typical EE experiments,the present paper summarizes the frequently occurred failures in detail. The discussion leads to the cause analysis and the diagnostics approach. Trouble shooting solutions are also analyzed in respect of the operating rightness and the working status of experiment equipments. Such implementation is proved to a lower failure frequency and equipment operation expense,and benefits with higher teaching efficiency and quality. The proposed diagnostic approaches and trouble shooting methods are thought to be a valuable reference for relevant colleges and institutes. The paper ends up with a prospective for enhancing the organization of the whole cycle of a experiment course,aiming at more systemic and routinized practice in a broader society.
