摘要
针对包头供电局包青220 kV同塔双回输电线路杆塔发生的2起双回同跳故障,结合故障情况以及线路运行参数对故障原因进行分析,运用EMTP电磁暂态计算软件进行反击故障仿真。仿真结果表明:一定幅值的雷电流击中杆塔顶端时会造成2回线路L3相同跳。通过分析绝缘子串两端雷电过电压中几个分量得知,工频相位角是影响双回输电线路三相闪络顺序的主要原因。对此提出安装线路避雷器以及降低冲击接地电阻等措施以提高线路的耐雷水平。
Double-circuit flashover occured twice on Baoqing 220 kV double-circuit towers.The causes of failure was analyzed according to the accident and the operation parameters,with EMTP electromagnetic transient calculation software to simulate the accidents.According to the results,double-circuit three-phase flashover could be caused by the lightning current hiting the tower top.The analysis of insulator string voltage showed that the power frequency voltages influenced largely flashover phase sequence.Line arrester installation and the impulse grounding resistance reduction was proposed to improve the lightning withstand level.
