摘要
在包头古城220 kV变电站的增容改造工程中,需将220 kV母线穿越功率由700MVA增加至1000MVA。通过对多种导线性能的计算比较,确定选用碳纤维导线进行母线导线增容改造。从碳纤维导线技术参数、母线构架受力计算、电力金具选择和经济效益几方面进行了方案可行性分析。采用碳纤维导线方案实施改造时影响范围小、停电时间短,改造过程安全可靠,节省了投资。改造后变电站运行至今工况稳定,证明了采用碳纤维导线进行老旧变电站增容改造的合理性。
In 220 kV Gucheng substation capacity-increasing transformation project in Baotou,the power penetration needs to be increased from 700 MVA to 1000 MVA.Comparing the calculation of the several conductors performance,confirmed to use carbon fiber wires as a replacement of the bus conductors programme.Make a feasibility analysis of some programmes from aspects of wire technology parameters,the stress calculation,power bus architecture hardware selection and economic benefit.Using carbon fiber wire programme to transform generats small effect,short outage time,and the transformation process is safe and reliable,and the investment is small.
