摘要
针对内蒙古巴彦淖尔电业局带电作业工具库内工器具领用、归还手续繁琐、耗时长,工作效率低的情况,在该局使用了带电作业工器具自动管理系统(RFID)。该系统简化了带电作业工器具出、入库的流程,操作时,工作人员只需携带贴有射频标签的工器具从装有射频装置的大门通过,该系统就会记录领取工器具的工作人员、时间、带出(回)的工器具名称以及数量信息,并将信息上传至带电作业工器具库房的计算机中,自动保存,工作人员可在该计算机中查询借出、归还、库存信息,也可在办公室计算机中通过专网查询当前工器具信息,无需人工登记,不仅节约了工作时间,提高了工作效率,而且确保了工器具的使用安全。
In view of complicated formalities of tools receiving and returning,long timeconsuming,low work efficiency in the live line tools storehouse in Bayannur Electric Power Bureau,the live line tool automatic management system was adopted.RFID system simplified the the procedure of tools receipt and approval.As implementing,the staff need to take the tools with radio frequency tags through the the doors installed with radio frequency device instruments.The system will record the information of the staff,the time,the name of tools taking out（taking in）,and the numbers of the tools,and upload and store automatically the information to live working instruments warehouse computer.The staff can inquire information in this computer and in the office computer through private network,which can not only save working time,improve work efficiency,but also guarantee the safety of the instruments use.
