摘要
内蒙古京泰发电有限责任公司300MW机组运行过程中发生了轴承温度高故障,介绍了故障现象,分析认为故障是因顶轴油管断裂引起的。通过采取补焊、修刮轴承、更换顶轴油管,以及调整轴承间隙、紧力等措施,机组轴承温度恢复正常,保障了机组运行的安全稳定性。
The high bearing temperature failure occurred during the 300 MW unit operation in Inner Mongolia Jingtai Power Co.,Ltd.,and the failure phenomenon was introduced.The reasons for the failure were analyzed.By taking welding,repair and maintenance of the bearing,replacement of the top shaft oil pipe,as well as adjustment of the bearing clearance,tight force and other measures,the unit bearing temperature returned to normal,which protected the safety and stability of the unit operation.
