摘要
从种类、来源地、收件人群3个主要的风险因素入手,统计了天津口岸近5年进境邮寄物截获违禁物及有害生物情况。通过分析各风险因素截获违禁物同有害生物检出之间关系,整理归纳了各风险因子的检疫风险等级,提出加强天津口岸邮寄物检疫监管工作的有效措施。
Based on the statistic of intercepted illegal mails and harmful organisms in Tianjin port in recent five years, and starting from the three major risk factors which are variety, origin and recipient,the paper analyzes the relation between intercepted contraband and detected harmful organisms, summarizes the quarantine risk level of each risk factor, it concludes the countermeasures to improve the supervision on import mails.
