摘要
整体侧围是卡车驾驶室上最重要的外覆盖件,由于其形状复杂,外形尺寸大,外观质量要求高,成形十分困难,尤其是前缘A柱处的侧整形,该处既窄又深的半封闭形状,给模具设计带来许多困难。本文采用向上倾斜的斜楔结构,不但简化了模具结构,降低了成本,也保证了成形质量,使产品快速进入市场。
Integral side is the cab of the trucks most important outside cover parts, due to the complexity of the shape, dimensions, high quality requirements of the appearance, forming is very difficult, especially front at the A-pillar side sizing, where both narrow and deep semi closed shape, die design to bring many difficult point, this paper adopts to tilt the wedge structure, reduces the cost, ensurt the quality, the more important is to accelerate the product into the market.
