一种卡片弯曲试验装置的改型设计

摘要 就某卡片弯曲试验装置中的弯曲结构、驱力装置和导向装置进行了改型设计。改型后的装置采用压块压紧的方式,气缸驱动,采用了THK直线滑轨,运动精度提高。改型后的试验装置结构简单,试验精度提高,同时降低了操作人员的劳动强度,工作效率提高,经济效益好。选择气缸时利用了Pro/E质量分析功能,计算简便。 This paper is about improvement designing bending structure, driving device and guiding parts in a equipment of bending electronic chip card. By using THK linear guider and cylinder, the movement accuraey of the redesigned bending-test equipment is improved with the eqmpment labor force convenient block clamping on the testing card. What's more, the improvement designed gets smaller and more accurate for bending-test, higher producing rate and less needed. The calculation on quality of the parts when choosing air cylinder is more with Pro/E software analysis model.
