铝合金筒形机匣等温锻造过程的数值模拟

摘要 针对铝合金筒形机匣外形复杂,锻造生产难度较大的情况,在现有优化模具的基础上,通过采用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对铝合金筒形机匣等温锻造过程的数值模拟实验,揭示了铝合金锻造过程中的金属流动变化规律,通过基于多元变异的等温挤压工艺过程模拟,得出了较为优化的等温锻造工艺参数,从而为工艺设计和设备的选取提供了理论依据。 Aluminum alloy cylindrical casing is complex and difficult to produce,the flow regulation of aluminum alloy in the process of isothermal forging is revealed under the support of the numerical simulation on the process of aluminium-alloy cylindrical housing isothermal forging via FEM software Deform-3D based on the on the optimized closed-die. Optimum parameters of isothermal forging process were obtained due to the multiple variable numerical simulation of isothermal forging application, which provides a theoretical base for process design and equipment selection.
