摘要 为了能避开产品和模具形体上各种障碍体阻挡作用,模具采用了多个分型面将凹、凸模分成3模板和8模块。特别是彼此能够独自移动8块凸模块的加工,其组成的整体凸模外形可以成型头盔内壳复杂内形,组成的内形是一个可以放置充气橡胶袋的椭圆球形。如此8块凸模块,如果没有一种切实可行的加工方法,即使是模具结构方案和设计再正确也无法制造出8块凸模块。通过加工一个二类夹具,将内型面加工好的8块凸模块固定在二类夹具上,再加工整体凸模的外形。以这种加工方法,可以成功地解决凹、凸模的加工问题。 In order to avoid the product and mold shape various obstacles blocking effect, mold adopted multiple punch, matrix parting surface is divided into three templates and eight modules. Especially each other can move alone punch processing, eight pieces of the whole punch shape molding helmet inside the inner complex shape, inside shape is composed of a can be placed in the elliptical spherical inflatable rubber bag.
