摘要
随着智慧化矿山概念的提出与综采无人化技术的不断发展,液压支架的人员感知成为保障安全生产的前提。工作面设备启动前,必须确保人员处于安全范围。人员感知模块创新性结合应用了微波主动探测和红外被动感知,同时采用模糊处理及温度补偿算法,提高感知的稳定性和准确性,为综采智能化提供必要前提。
With the concept proposition of intelligent mine and the development of the unmanned technology for intellectual comprehensive mechanized mining,the staff perception in the hydraulic support becomes the premise of safety production. When devices started,the staff must be ensured in the safe range. The staff perception module innovatively uses both the microwave active detection and infrared passive sensing,meanwhile adopts the fuzzy processing algorithm,this improves the stability and accuracy of perception,provides the necessary premise for intellectual comprehensive mechanized mining.
