摘要
科学化的人力资源规划对于地铁企业的意义尤为重要。地铁企业要做到以人为本,从数量、质量和结构三个层面完善人力资源规划体系,为企业员工提供更加优越的工作环境,也为企业的安全建设和运营提供重要保障。
Scientific human resource planning is especially important for metro enterprise. In line with the human-oriented idea,enterprises should perfect its human resource planning from three aspects: quantity,quality and structure. Not only will this provide better working environment for employees,but also ensure the safe construction and operation of enterprise.
