在我国城市化建设的过程中,有大量的农村劳动力拥向城市,然而其子女中绝大部分都被留在农村,这些儿童即留守儿童。在缺少监护人的关爱之下,留守儿童的教育困难成为阻碍他们健康成长的最大问题。只有通过优化教育管理,才能够为留守儿童提供一个良好的接受教育的环境,指导他们成长为有用的人才。

During the process of China＇s urbanization,a large number of rural labors flock into big cities,while most of their children are left in rural areas. For the absence of guardian＇s care and love,the education of these children has become the biggest obstacle in their growing up. Only by optimizing the education management can we provide a good environment for them and guide them to grow into useful talents.
