摘要
目的:实施并验证提高高职院校毕业生就业稳定性的系列培训方案。方法:随机抽取某高职院校60名大三学生(实验组),进行为期一年的培训;同年级的其他217名学生不做任何干预(对照组)。一年后,对实验组和对照组学生分别进行心理健康素质、适应水平、应付方式和就业能力问卷的测评,并收集所有学生毕业后就业稳定性的数据。结果:统计分析表明,实验组学生就业稳定性显著高于对照组学生。该系列培训方案提高了大学生的心理健康素质,消除了他们各方面的不适应,建立了积极的应对方式。结论:我们设计的系列培训方案可以提高应届毕业生的就业稳定性,作为素质教育的有益补充有一定的推广价值。
Aim:carry out the training plan in higher vocational graduates to improve the employment stability of them and test its validity Method:randomly sample 60 junior students as the experimental group, and carry one-year-training among them;take the other 217 junior students as the control group and give them no intervention. One year later, survey all the students with a questionnaire about the mental health, adaptability, coping ability and employment capacity. Meanwhile, collect the employment data of all students after graduation. Result:the statistics show that the employment stability of students in experimental group is much higher than the control group. And the training plan can improve students′mental health level and develop their ability to cope with society. Conclusion:as the supplement of quality education, our training plan can improve the employment stability of fresh graduates and is worth of popularizing.
