高职院校学生动态档案管理的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Dynamic Management of College Students' Archives

传统高职院校学生档案管理已不能适应时代发展的要求。设计构建的高职院校学生动态档案管理模式摒弃了传统档案管理的诸多弊端,以学生为主体,将档案与教育管理相互渗透、相互结合,最大限度地发挥了学生的主观能动性,在实践中得到师生的一致认可。学生动态档案不仅与学生日常管理紧密结合,而且与学生实习、就业挂钩,旨在培养综合素质过硬的高职毕业生。

The traditional management mode of college students′ archives fails to keep up with social develop-ment. This paper designed and established a new dynamic management mode of students′ archives which avoids many disadvantages of the traditional one. Putting students as the main body, dynamic archives management is deep-ly interpenetrated and combined with educational management which brought students′ fullest subjective initiative. This kind of management mode has got many teachers and students′ approval in practical application. Dynamic ar-chives management, closely integrated with not only the daily performance but also the internship and employment of college students, aims to cultivate graduates of higher vocational college with excellent comprehensive qualities for the society.
