提升服务行业能力是职业教育持续发展的必经之路,铁路大型养路机械专业如何有效地开展校企合作、工学结合是教育教学改革的突出问题。本文通过对大型养路机械专业特点和应用技术人才培养模式的研究,探索了适合本专业"校企合作、工学结合"的教学模式,发挥学校、企业"双主体"育人的优势。

How to enhance students′ abilities to serve the industry and improve the vocational education level meanwhile is the outstanding problem faced by educators during education reformation. Based on the analysis of pres-ent technician cultivation mode, this paper explored characteristics of large track maintenance machinery program and put forward the ＆quot;college-enterprise cooperation ＆amp; working-learning integration＆quot; mode, which can fully play the advantages of both parties.
