浅谈高校教师心理健康及其对学生的影响

On the Mental Health of College Teachers and Its Influence on Students

教师健康的心理是提升教学质量的关键,也是影响学生积极学习态度的重要因素。当前,高校教师心理健康问题较为突出,一方面表现在一定程度上的工作热情不足,另一方面表现在将负面情绪带入课堂。教师的健康心理不仅是自身成长的需要,更是向学生传递正能量的迫切要求。所以,加强高校教师心理健康的研究刻不容缓。

The healthy mentality of teachers is not only the key to improve the teaching quality, but also an im-portant factor influencing students′learning attitude. At present, the mental health problems of college teachers are reflected in two aspects： on the one hand, passion for work is absent from teachers to some extent; on the other hand, the negative emotions are generally brought into classroom. As the healthy mentality of teachers is beneficial to the development of teachers themselves and the growth of students, it is urgent to strengthen the correlative research.
