Analysis and Policy Recommendations on the Construction Mode of Medical Consortium in China

近年来医疗联合体作为我国卫生领域出现的新鲜事物,受到了各界的广泛关注。文章对"医疗联合体"的概念及其设立背景、分类、模式等几个方面进行了深入的分析,认为应当从完善公立医院法人治理模式、明确医师多点执业、避免医联体成员同质化、完善医保政策等方面来完善我国医联体的构建。

Medical consortium, as a new thing in Chinese health field, has been widely concerned by the public recently. After analyzing its background, concept, classification and modes, the author argues that we should perfect the construction of medical consortium in China from the perspectives of perfecting corporate governance mode in public hospitals, admitting doctor＇s multi-sited license, avoiding the homogeneity of medical consortium members and perfecting medical insurance policy, etc..
