论医生道德情感的影响因素及其对策

On the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Doctors' Moral Emotion

医生的道德情感主要包括医生的责任感、尊重感、同情心、事业心等情感因素。在生物-心理-社会医学模式中,医生道德情感对于解决医患矛盾、改善医患关系、提高医疗质量具有重要意义。本文通过实证调研发现,当前医生道德情感总体较好,但医生道德情感有整体下滑的趋势,且极个别医生道德情感缺失严重;文中对医生自身思想修养、患者及其家属素质、医疗实践活动、医院监管制度和社会舆论对医生道德情感的影响等因素进行分析,并提出通过加强医生思想政治素质教育、完善医院医德医风制度建设、促进医患双方和谐交流沟通、建立健康向上社会舆论环境等措施来培育和提升医生道德情感。

The doctor＇s moral emotion mainly includes the following emotional factors such as doctor＇s responsibility, sense of respect, compassion and dedication. In the biology-psychology-social medicine model, the doctors＇ moral emotion is of great significance in solving doctor-patient contradiction, improving the doctor-patient relationship and improving the quality of medical treatment. In this paper, through the empirical research it is found that currently doctors＇ overall moral emotion is good, but very few doctors lack moral emotion, and the doctors＇ moral emotion has an overall tendency to decline. The author analyzes the factors such as doctors＇ self ideological cultivation, patients and their families＇ quality, medical practice, supervision system in hospitals,and social public opinions＇ influence on doctors＇ moral emotion, etc, then suggests following measures to cultivate and raise the doctors＇ moral emotion： strengthening the ideological and political quality education for doctors, improving the system construction of medical ethics in hospitals, promoting harmonious doctor-patient communication, and building up healthy social environment of public opinions.
