摘要
地方本科高校向应用技术型高校转型已是大势所趋。在转型过程中,教师能否充分认识地方高校转型的必要性和意义,并自觉自愿地向应用技术型教师转型显得尤为重要。地方高校对教师赋权增能,对于提升教师的专业自信,促进其专业发展,提升其转型能力具有重大意义。地方高校教师具备赋权增能的法理基础、伦理基础、能力基础和心理基础。地方高校要从做好顶层设计、转变思想观念、创建良好环境和提升教师业务能力等方面入手,推动教师的转型自觉和转型自信。
The transformation of the local colleges and universities to universities of applied science is an irresistible trend nowadays. Whether teachers can fully understand the necessity and importance of transformation and act accordingly or not is particularly important during this process. Boosting teachers' empowerment in local universities is of great importance to inspire their confidence in the profession, promote their professional development as well as to enhance their ability in transformation. Teachers in local universities are legally, morally, competently and psychologically qualified for their empowerment. The solution of promoting teachers in local universities to transform consciously and confidently should be considered from the following aspects: top-level design, change of concepts, creation of a favorable environment as well as enhancement of professional ability.
