By combining inspection with inference and screen with synthesize analysis, this paper introduces three ways to diagnose diesel engines' breakdow. They are for reference as to how to correctly use, maintain and repair diesel engines, and make the engines up to the stipulated technical condition in order to guarantee the safety and reliability and the lifetime of usage.
