摘要
通过自制海水,观察、测试海水侵蚀对兔毛微观形貌、服用性能及分子结构的影响。研究表明,随着海水侵蚀时间的增加,兔毛纤维的鳞片厚度下降,而鳞片翘角不断增大,鳞片密度保持不变。兔毛纤维的回潮率、表面摩擦因数、断裂强力与结晶度随着海水侵蚀时间的增加均有不同程度的下降,而纤维的断裂伸长率随着海水侵蚀时间的增加均有不同程度的上升,兔毛纤维的回潮率、表面摩擦因数、断裂强力、结晶度与断裂伸长率随海水侵蚀时间增加的变化速率最大区间均在30~60 h。
Sea-water was made in the laboratory to test the properties of wearabilities of rabbit hair erosion treated by sea-water. Researches showed that, thickness of rabbit hair scale was decreased by the time of erosion treated extending, with scales newborn increased. However, the densities of rabbit hair scales remain unchanged. Meanwhile, moisture regain, surface friction coefficient, breaking strength and crystallinities of rabbit hair were all dropped in different degree with the increasing of erosion time except elongation at break. Change rate of the largest interval of moisture regain, surface friction coefficient, breaking strength, erystallinities and elongation at break were all in 30 -60 h.
