摘要 采用二次通用旋转组合的设计方法,对转杯纺的转杯转速、分梳辊转速和设计捻系数3个主要工艺参数进行优化组合,以纱线条干均匀度、单纱断裂强力、1 g纱线棉结数和毛羽等质量指标为考察指标,建立工艺参数与质量指标的有效回归方程,分析工艺参数与各质量指标之间的关系,得出纺纱最优工艺参数:纺杯转速50 023 r/min,分梳辊转速5 935 r/min,设计捻系数343。 This paper tells about the process optimization of OE 18.5 tex 70/15/15 cotton/ cashmere/spun silk knitting yarn. Three main process parameters including rotor speed, the carding roller speed and design twist factor are been to optimize by the quadratic general rotary combination. Effective regression equation is established about process parameters and quality indicators based on the evenness of yarn, single yarn breaking strength, miscellaneous grains of 1 gram yarn and hairiness, act. The optimal spinning process parameters are got that rotor speed is 50 023 r/min, the carding roller speed is 5 935 r/rain, and design twist factor is 343 after analyzing the relationship between process parameters and the quality index.
