摘要
结合计算机图像处理技术,对毛/丝交织物进行勾挂破坏,并对单位面积内的勾挂疵点进行直接计数和测量,得到5个特征参数:单位面积内疵点个数H1、疵点面积H2、疵点宽度H3、疵点高度H4、疵点长度H5。分别将每个特征参数与相应勾挂疵点等级进行综合分析,得到特征参数中的疵点个数H1、疵点面积H2、疵点长度H5均与勾挂等级H6有一定相关性,并通过回归分析得到H6关于H1、H2、H5的关系式为:H6=5.981-0.097H1-0.204H2-0.446H5,相关系数为0.921,用于勾挂等级的评定。
The paper combined with computer image processing technology, defects per unit area on the direct counting and measuring, gets five characteristic parameters : the number of defects per unit area H1, defect area H2, defect width H3, defect height H4, defect length Hs, makes a comprehensive analysis of the parameters and the defect levels to obtain H1 , H2 and H5are level with the hooked H6 certain correlation,and regression analysis, H6 on H1 , H2. H5 relationship is:H6 = 5. 981 - 0. 097H1 - 0. 204H2 -0. 446H5 , R: = 0. 921 , hooked on the fabric used to assess levels.
