摘要
采用高钙低碱炉料配方,对还原烧结法处理高铁拜耳赤泥工艺进行优化。实验所得熟料疏松多孔易磨,适宜A12O3,Fe回收的温度范围为1100-1250℃,解决了还原烧结过程中熟料液相调控困难及烧结温度狭窄的问题。磁选尾渣掺入粉煤灰经成型和蒸养后得赤泥粉煤灰免烧砖,其强度达23.8MPa。
The process of reduction sintering for high iron red mud is optimized by the high calcium low alkali fur- nace burden. The characteristic of sintering material is porous and grindable under the suitable condition, and the apposite temperature is widened to 1 100~ 1 250 ℃. Therefore the difficulty of liquid regulation is overcome and the issues of narrow temperature range are resolved. With the addition of fly ash, the magnetic separation tailings can be made to non-burned bricks by the process of forming and steam curing, whose strength is 23.8 MPa.
