淮安市水利信息化建设成效及发展探讨

Development of information system for water management in Huai'an City

水利信息化是国家信息化建设的重要组成部分,是防洪减灾、水资源管理、水环境监测和水土保持的技术手段,是水利现代化的基础支撑和重要标志。从淮安水利信息化的现状、成效、存在问题3个方面入手,围绕以水利信息化推进构建水安全保障体系和水利现代化建设的发展战略,提出今后淮安水利信息化建设的发展思路、重点工作和保障措施。

As one of the key parts for the construction of national information system, information system for water management has been used as a technical tool for flood disaster reduction, water resources management,water environment monitoring and soil conservation, and it is fundamental for modernization. Idea, key tasks and securing measures for information system development in Huai＇an City are proposed in line with current condition and taking the current achievements and problems into full consideration. Moreover, strategies of building a safeguarding system for water security in the future and modernized water management system with information technology are worked out.
