摘要
随着教育结构的调整,高校人事、分配制度的改革,传统的后勤管理体制已经不能适应高校改革和发展的需要。要改革高校后勤管理体制,就必须走后勤服务社会化之路。后勤服务社会化是生产关系适应生产力的必然结果,是商品经济不断发展的产物。教育结构的调整、消费者观念的更新、第三产业的发展为高校后勤服务社会化提供了可能性。
With the regulation of educational structure, the reform of college personnel and distributive system, conventional rear service administrative system can't meet the need of college reform and development. In order to reform college rear service administrative system, rear service socialization is the only way. Rear service socialization is the inevitable result of production relations adapting productivity and commodity economy increasingly developing. The regulation of educational structure,renewal of consumers' ideas and tertiary industry development make college rear service socialization possible.
