旅游服务业发展对环境影响的因素分析——基于环终南山景区的调查 被引量:2

摘要 为了分析旅游服务业发展对其周边环境造成的影响,依据环终南山15个景区的餐饮、住宿、休闲娱乐三大服务业发展现状,从卫生状况、基础设施和从业人员三个方面确定了20个影响因素.通过问卷调查、走访调研采集实际数据,采用通径分析方法对各因素进行逐一分析.结果表明,卫生现状和从业人员是影响景区周边环境的两个主要方面.旅游服务业卫生状况堪忧且人为破坏环境严重;究其症结主要是与从业人员的文化程度、环保的道德水准、理念有关.提高从业人员的文化素养,增强其环保的自我约束力,变他律环保为自律环保是保护生态环境和发展旅游服务业的有效途径.此研究可为今后制定旅游服务业与环境协调发展的政策、规划提供一定的科学依据. In order to analyze the impact of tourism service development on environment, according to the develop- ment of the services of dining, accommodation, leisure and entertainment of 15 scenic around the Zhongnan Mountain, twenty factors affecting the environment are chosen from three aspects containing the health situation, infrastructure and practitioners. The actual data are collected by questionnaire and visiting investigation. Then, the factors are analyzed one by one using the path analysis method. The results show that health status and practitioners are the main factors affecting the environment. The sanitation situation of tourism service looks bleak and the environment is degraded seriously because of human destruction. This result has a significant relationship with the employees' education, environmental protection, ethical standards and philosophy. Therefore, improving people' s quality, enhancing their self-discipline in environmental protection and turning the restraint of others into self-restraint are the effective ways of protecting the ecological environment and the development of tourism services. This research can provide a scientific basis for developing policies and planning of coordinated development of tourism services and environment in the future.
