以优化高校实践教学机制、提高学生实践能力、满足社会对人才发展的需求为宗旨,在分析当前高校实践教学机制在理念、管理、模式、组织、条件等方面普遍存在的问题基础上,提出基于赛事的实践教学机制的优化策略,包括转变实践教学的观念、建立"全国大学生权威赛事清单"的遴选与公布机制、制定师生绩效考核办法和量化评分标准、打造"参赛委员会"等专门的参赛组织平台、科学合理改善实践教学的师资及设施条件等建议。

In order to optimize the practice of university teaching mechanism, improve the practical ability of students, meet the social demand for talent development for the purpose, based on analyzing the problem of current college practice teaching mechanism widely existing in idea, management, mode, organization, teachers, facilities construction and so on, we should put forward the mechanism of practice teaching system innovation optimization strategy based on races, including convert the concept of the transformation of the practical teaching, construct the selected and published mechanism of ＂the list of the authority races of the university students in China＂, formulate the related performance appraisal methods and quantification of the score standard in view of teachers and students respectively, construct the special eompetition platform of ＂competition committee＂ and optimize the practice teaching facilities and site construction scientifically and reasonably, etc.
