摘要
"外语作为教学语言学位项目"作为推进高等教育国际化的重要政策工具,已在芬兰高等教育发展过程中取得了突出成效。从芬兰学术型大学和应用科学大学双重体制比较看,"外语作为教学语言学位项目"在组织模式、学生招生与课程设置、教师聘任等方面都存在一定差异特征。芬兰两类大学"外语作为教学语言学位项目"发展经验表明:"外语作为教学语言学位项目"应根据不同类型大学发展特点予以实施。
As a main policy instrument promoting internationalization of higher education, DPTTFL has already obtained great a- chievement in the process of Finnish higher education development. From Comparative perspective of dual system of academic universi- ty and applied science university, DPTTFL exists many characteristic differences in aspects of organization model, student recruitment, course offering and teacher appointment. The development experience implies that DPTFFL should be implemented according to charac- teristics of different universities.
